Sadly, "Hardy" lost his battle with cancer in June 2003. This personality dog will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him but especially by all at Casalbeau.
 

"Hardy's" impressive record in the show ring speaks for itself,
his wins include

His Award of Merit (the highest accolade to be awarded in
Australia to a beagle) was given for his role as an
"Outstanding Progenitor".

To date he has sired 18 Champions, amongst which are Specialty
B.I.S., R.U.B.I.S., Challenge and Reserve Challenge winners.

"Hardy" has had a significant influence on beagles here in Australia. He is behind many pedigrees and his direct progeny are still being shown successfully.
